Psychology Journal: Research Open is an international, online journal to expedite rapid publication and to introduce unique innovations and discoveries in all aspects of psychology and to promote the development and advancement of psychology as a basic and applied science nationally, regionally, and internationally. It explores the science of the mind and behavior, publishing reports of original research, regular empirical articles, theoretical and experimental analyses, commentaries, and in-depth reviews, reviews, special sections with a particular thematic focus, and discussions.

It aims to support and help shape research in psychology from around the world and serves as the outlet for psychology dissemination.

Contributions are encouraged from all fields of psychology, especially those that address new developments and pursue innovative approaches. Particularly welcome are articles that are perspectives from different areas within psychology or from disciplines of relevance for psychology, study the role of physical, social and cultural contexts in psychological processes and outcomes.
